These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of simplynad.co.uk (the "Site") operated by Simply NAD+ Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company № 16752018). By using the Site or placing an order you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the site

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Site in any way that breaches applicable local, national or international law, or in any way that is fraudulent or harmful.

2. Your account

3. Products and orders

All products listed on the Site are supplied for research and educational purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Products are not suitable for anyone under 18 years of age.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including where stock is unavailable, pricing is in error, or the order is flagged as suspicious.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout via our secure Shopify payment gateway. We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Klarna.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, product images, and copy, is the property of Simply NAD+ Ltd or its licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simply NAD+ Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or the Site. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
