Dispatch times
All orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends or on UK bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.
You will receive an email with tracking information the moment your parcel leaves our dispatch centre in the United Kingdom.
Delivery options
- Free Royal Mail Tracked 24: delivery in 1 working day to all UK addresses. Included on every order, no minimum spend.
- DPD Next-Day (upgrade): pre-10:30 AM delivery with 1-hour window. Available at checkout.
- International, Europe: 3-5 working days via DHL Express. Flat rate £14.95.
- International, Rest of World: 5-8 working days via DHL Express. Flat rate £24.95.
Please note: customers outside the UK are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged on arrival.
Tracking your order
Every order includes a tracking number. You can track your parcel in real time from the link in your dispatch email, or by logging into your account dashboard.
Returns policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery on any product that is:
- Unopened with all original tamper-evident seals intact
- In its original, undamaged packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened vials, used syringes and consumables cannot be returned unless faulty.
To start a return, email support@simplynad.co.uk with your order number and reason. We will reply within 1 working day with a prepaid returns label.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3-5 working days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
Damaged or incorrect parcels
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@simplynad.co.uk with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund straight away. No questions asked.
