Open your Simply NAD+ kit to find the syringes, solution, alcohol swabs, and sharps bin.
Allow the chilled Simply NAD+ vial to reach room temperature to minimise discomfort.
Use an alcohol swab to clean the top of the vial and let it dry.
Remove protectors from the syringe, insert it into the vial, invert, and draw 0.25ml of solution, ensuring no air bubbles
Choose an area like the abdomen or upper thigh, and rotate sites with each injection.
Clean the injection area with an alcohol swab.
Pinch the skin, insert the needle smoothly,and inject the solution by pressing the plunger.
Place used needles in the sharps bin
Keep the NAD+ vial chilled and store the kit safely away from children and pets
